Guest blogging has been touted by some bloggers as a fantastic way to attain some kind of recognition and popularity. They say it will open doors for you to achieve’new heights’ on your blogging experience. Allow me to state here that I’m no lover of guess blogging and lately I don’t hear much about it unlike any previous decades. I’m convinced it’s still happening somewhere in the Blogosphere, but I suppose it’s gone lame.
The argument is that guest blogging will help generate exposure, links and traffic to your own blog. Evidently, this is the motivation that obtained many bloggers posting on other people’s blogs to gain that additional mileage. In a feeling, guest bloggers are like butterflies or grasshoppers.
If you would like to proceed in the fast lane, once you joined the blogging community, you might think guest blogging would improve the user experience. But you’ve got to gain an’entry ticket’ before you’re accepted by any other blogger whose website is the target.
To do that, you have to demonstrate that you have got what it takes to compose well – with fantastic info, tips and anything – to reduce it otherwise don’t even think about it… unless your host blogger is such a wooden mind to allow you to post some fluff on her or his site. Well, there are some. You will be surprised where you can locate them!
You can conduct a high-octane blog if you have that sort of power and motivation like some bloggers who seem to be able to conjure up’endless articles’ as guest bloggers. Some are doing it for the money because so A-list bloggers are more likely to’have a break’ out of blogging, so guest bloggers are welcome to add their two cents worth of articles. .
If you would detect recently, some of these blogs are kind of running out of steam with boring posts or rehash. How many times have you come across some bloggers who write about how they’re stuck with writer’s block for desire of new ideas to article. That is where guest bloggers come into the picture to keep the wheels spinning. There are always some eager beavers. .
Despite all this’damage control’ attempt, the tendency is showing that these blogs are falling down from their high horse.
When guest blogging has been hot, many bloggers are so caught up with the guest blogging craze, you simply wonder if they pay more attention to other people’s blogs instead of attending to their own blog backyard.lifestyle guest post We simply don’t buy it some bloggers say”oh, we adore guest blogging” Some bloggers are so enamored of what they’re doing, they’d return to their blogs and glorify guest blogging into high heaven.
Here are a Couple of pros and cons about guest blogging:
This makes you an authority by performing quality writing on other people’s blogs. It pushes you to write better.
Do you really mean you can not create quality materials on your own website? The adrenalin only escapes when you’re composing for somebody else?)
It builds a very fantastic relationship with fellow bloggers.
(Is that the only way to construct decent relationship? There’s more than 1 way to skin a cat, mate!) .
And, of course, it gets you deep hyperlinks and increase your RSS subscribers.
(Sure, it is going to gain you backlinks and that RSS jazz, but if they discover there is not much to shout about in your own blog, their curiosity will eventually grow chilly. Talk about leaving a cold trail!)
Alright, there’s no right or wrong about guest blogging. It’s just a matter of preference or taste we want to perform or not at all. Having said that, we are the stay-at-home kind of bloggers. We like to tend to our own garden and watch the flowers bloom… in our own way. We are not that desperate to do guest blogging in order to acquire those extra links and get comprehended in that fashion. ‘Nuff said.
We’ll see in another season or 2 if those hype-crazed guest bloggers are still running around or grinding to a stop. Of course, there will be remarks to the contrary.
Guest blogging may only take you so far – and it is a downhill ride to your blog if you don’t start developing your own flowers. Expecting that guest blogging will get you some excess RSS feed readers (or setting up the amounts as some would do) will not help much because, in the close of the afternoon, the vast majority of these individuals do not read their feeds or come seeing. Many men and women wind up with a lot of things to do and they can not simply waste precious time reading feeds everyday or whatever. Some only forget their subscriptions.
In other words, there is not much value in trying to find this kind of traffic to your blog. Everything you will need is to gain organic traffic or search engine traffic. Individuals coming through this traffic route have a purpose as well as the key words which got your site on the SERPs in the first place (ideally on front page) would be the baits which drove them to a blog. Who needs guest blogging for it?
We are already seeing many blogs struggling to stay afloat, especially the’earn money online’ bloggers that are the most likely people to fall for guest blogging. So much was written about the absurd syndrome suffered by’earn cash online’ bloggers, but then, newbies are still wet behind the ears!
One nagging question: But how come those recognized A-list bloggers don’t do guest blogging themselves? A penny for your consideration.
